To Process A Return
Look over the product, and make sure you love it before using it, we only accept returns on unused product. We stand behind the workmanship and function 100% so if either one of these don't meet your satisfaction please email or call to request a RMA # and we will email you a label to attach to the box for the return shipment.
Replacing broken glass
1. Your glass arrives broken (something broke during shipping)
Do not use the glass. Call or email us right away to let us know and we will send you a return shipping label. As soon as we receive the broken glass we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to you. If you are an international customer, you will need to contact us. We cannot create return lables for international shipments, but we will cover the cost. Email us for details.
2. Your glass breaks under normal use within the first 5 days
Because we cannot verify if the glass was mis-handled, we will deal these instances on a case by case basis. Please contact us by email with any photos that help illustrate the issue and we will get back to you with details on how to proceed.
3. Your glass breaks under normal use after 5 days, or due to mis-handling after the product has been used
We sell replacement glass and wood parts for all our products. Due to the handmade nature of our glass pieces, even very small differences in size will be noticeable when trying to fit the glass into the wood. If you come across a fitting issue when buying replacement glass please contact us to help you resolve the issue.
